Prior to Anritsu, he held various positions in product development, operations, and applications engineering at companies involved in commercial satellite communications and defense electronics. Arno earned his BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, and his MSEE from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.
