NI Vehicle Sound and Vibration Bundle
NI Vehicle Sound and Vibration Bundle, 4 Slot C-Series USB Chassis, XNET, S and V AI 8Ch, Base, Assm
The Vehicle Sound and Vibration Bundle helps you diagnose noise and vibration problems in vehicles.
cDAQ-SVAN4301
- Voltage Range: ±5 V
- Current Capability: 2 mA
- Channels: four (4)
- Sampling Rate: 51.2 kS/s per channel
The Vehicle Sound and Vibration Bundle includes a CompactDAQ Chassis with the NI-9860 C Series Vehicle Multiprotocol Interface Module and the NI-9234 C Series Sound and Vibration Input Module. This bundle provides hardware-selectable HS/FD CAN and/or LIN interface through the free NI-XNET driver that helps you measure a wide range of signals related to noise and vibration, including sound pressure level and acceleration. You also can identify potential problems like component failure or structural resonance. Additionally, you can perform high-speed manipulation of hundreds of frames and signals simultaneously with other data acquisitions in the same chassis. The Vehicle Sound and Vibration Bundle works with analysis software such as Sound and Vibration Assistant and DIAdem for order tracking, and frequency and time waveform analysis.
Features
- Synced data acquisition: NI-9860 gathers data using multiple C Series Sound and Vibration Input Modules, offering a comprehensive view for diagnosing noise and vibration issues.
- Signal measurement: Sound and Vibration Input Modules measure sound pressure level and acceleration, identifying potential component failure or structural resonance.
- In-depth analysis: NI software like Sound and Vibration Assistant and DIAdem enables detailed frequency analysis, aiding in NVH problem diagnosis and solution development.
